Call for papers and other contributions

2008 - third issue under preparation:

IEC 61850 bilingual Magazine
(English AND German)

The Vogel Industrie Medien (Wuerzburg, Germany) plans to publish the third issue on IEC 61850.

Issue 2005, Issue 2007

Publication date: Prior to the CIGRE conference and exhibition (end of August 2008)

Planned topics are:

1. Substations equipped with IEC 61850 compliant IEDs (preferred: multi vendor systems)
2. (Condition) Monitoring of Transformers, Switchgear, Wind Turbines, ...
3. Introduction to the new standards for Wind Power, Hydro Power and Decentralized Energy Resources (DER)
