NettedAutomation is implementing a web supported service to build many kinds of UCA/IEC 61850 and MMS servers - simply by mouse clicks. A web page will allow to choose from UCA GOMSFE models (or combinations of Logical Nodes and Data Objects from IEC 61850-7-4) or subsets. Additional non-standardized data objects may be added. NettedAutomation will provide you the executable code for a server running under Windows or LINUX.
